Versace [pronounced "Ver-sah-Che] is a Rottweiler cross puppy who was found wandering the streets of Hamilton in much pain, after having his tail docked in a cruel and deliberate way with a blunt instrument, resulting in severe pain, blood loss and infection.
Complete surgery will cost more than $800.
Here, in this blog, we will follow his progress; pre-surgery, post-surgery and general life on the mend.
The Waikato S.P.C.A is a non-profit organisation, dedicated to helping those furry friends who cannot speak for themselves.
We rely solely on the kind donations and support from members of the public.
